About Brian

Brian has built his team into one that is competitive wherever they travel in the country. The five-time Knoxville 410 track champion finished second in three consecutive Knoxville Nationals (2012-14). In 2014, despite missing one point night at Knoxville, he would be in contention until the final night, settling for fourth in the standings, a spot he repeated in 2015. In 2016 and 2017, he again missed a night of racing, but nailed down 2nd in the final point standings. He would grab his first career World of Outlaws win in Charlotte to cap off his 2014 season. He was also voted the "Knoxville Jr. Fan Club Award" most popular driver in 2014, 2016, 2021 and 2022 and was the "Lyle Boyd Hard Charger" in 2006, 2019 and 2020. He is a two-time "Owner of the Year" at Knoxville (2009, 2019), "Team of the Year" in 2022 and in 2023 again led the 410 class in wins with five, and claimed another 360 Nationals crown.

Brian posted a record sixteen wins in 2013, including the Devil’s Bowl Winternationals, the Jackson Nationals, the Shaheen’s “Blast from the Past” and several other big events.

After his hopes of running a full season at Knoxville went up in smoke in opening night hot laps in 2001, the determined racer came back in 2002 with his grandfather George and won the 360 track title and Rookie of the Year honors. The next season, he captured his first 410 win in Lonny Parsons’ #6, and won 410 Rookie of the Year honors before a brief stint with the World of Outlaws. He has 60 career 410 wins (tied for 2nd all-time) at Knoxville and 18 360 wins (tied for 5th all-time). He captured his track titles in 2007, 2010, 2019, 2020 and 2022 and still runs a schedule that could find him anywhere from California to Pennsylvania.
